We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
To complete your booking online we need you give us the CC information over the phone, thereafter we will run the air tickets and we will proceed to make all ground reservations, approximately after 48 hrs maximum, we will have all services confirmed. Since we don’t have on line confirmations, sometimes hotels are overbooked, then we will provide a similar category facility, or we will have the option to upgrade the hotel previous consent of the passenger and after the payment for the difference was completed. All transactions via Credit or Debit Cards, requires a signed credit card authorization form, attaching copies of the CC and some valid identification document. (Driver’s License or Passport).
If you choose for make the payment with check or money order, you need to mail us, overnight to The Latin Travel Mall LLC. 7041 San Miguel St.ParamountCA90723, attaching a copy of your e mailed itinerary. If you pay with check, we just run the ticket right after the check will be cleared from the Bank, if any increase in the service booked, we will adjust and will ask you to complete the difference in the total amount. We have the option for straight deposit to our account or using the PAYPAL Service, please ask to our Travel Agent. Please click on the link below to open our Credit Card Form. After opening the document in your computer, print it, fill it out and fax us back to 1-562-381-9116, also you have the option to scan all the documentation requested and e mail to info@latintravelmall.com .
