They are 275 waterfalls between 132 and 300 feet’s high. You will have the chance to see trees with more than 300 years old, an infinite universe of butterflies and coatis flying around, all this it help to discover this unique environment. Buenos Aires is the vibrant capital of Argentina. It emits more the feeling of a Southern European city which is no surprise as the roots of many "Porteños" (citizens of Buenos Aires) are from the 'Old World'. Many parks make up for the busy streets and let you enjoy the museums, restaurants and splendid monuments that surround them.
For many European visitors, there’s something strangely familiar about the landscape of Uruguay. Largely devoted to agriculture, the green countryside is dotted with sheep and cows. As far back as 1868 – when the British built a railway connecting the capital, Montevideo, with the countryside – Hereford and shorthorn cattle were reared in Uruguay. In the capital Montevideo, things are a little more multicultural. Buildings in a riot of architectural styles – Spanish, French, Italian, English and Art Deco – line the streets. Punta del Este takes you to the most important and famous seaside resort of South America, located 85 miles east of Montevideo. Punta del Este resembles a hand reaching into the ocean and is famous for its natural resources and high-profile visitors. Many international contests take place in Punta, including car races, rugby, tennis and golf tournaments.
For those of you seeking nature of sheer beauty, Chile must be your destination. Chilean people are friendly and hospitable to foreigners. The economy is strong and law enforcement is trustworthy. These characteristics together with the beautiful landscapes and well developed transportation system make this country a very attractive destination for all its visitors. Santiago - Home to over 6 million people, a third of the country's total - is far and away the economic and cultural hearth of the nation. Also the Central valley is the center of Chile's world renowned wine region. Modern highways connect Santiago with the main cities of Chile's central pacific coastline. Viña del Mar is about 70 miles away and, next to it Valparaiso, Chile's premier port, which in 2002 was declared a world Heritage by the UNESCO. Valparaiso is Chile's joy and pride. It's a popular destination for dreamers and lovers alike. The atmosphere is quite bohemian with multicolored clapboard homes and Victorian mansions. The maze of narrow passage ways and sinuous streets that seem to be part of ravine and hillsides are just wonderful to explore.
