DESCRIPTION:

Day 1

Reception and transfer to your Hotel. Check in at Debret Copacabana (3*), right across the street from Copacabana Beach. Here you will have a 5 nt stay with daily buffet breakfast.

Day 2

After Breakfast, our local tour guide will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby for a guided half day downtown cultural walking tour. After leaving the hotel, the driver will carry us through Copacabana, Botafogo, and Flamengo beaches, and the Modern Art Museum; then we will arrive to Rio Old Downtown. We start at "First of March" Street, where we will see many of the Portuguese Churches from the time of the Royal Portuguese Family of Peter I and II, the braziian emperors. The Building of FICO ,The day that Peter II received a letter asking him to return to Portugal and leave Brazil, he responded from the windows of this building: ( I Stay: !Eu Fico). Right after, we will visit The First Brazilian Bank, and the Old Candelaria Church!
Day 3

We recommend: Taking the cable car to Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) (optional tour), and explore Centro. Catch some live music in the evening in one of the city's many bars and clubs.
Day 4

We recommend: Jumping on the cogwheel train to Corcovado (optional), and saving some time for the captivating Municipal Theater before indulging in a Brazilian barbecue at Marius or Porcão’s(optional) . Bike or walk off lunch at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, then slide into a shopping center.

Day 5

We recommend: Strolling from Copacabana to Ipanema, and stopping in route to order a tropical pizza at Bar Garota de Ipanema. Take an organized favela (shantytown) tour (optional) in the afternoon (never wonder into a favela alone), and in the evening dine at any local restaurant. Ask for “feijoada”, a traditional Brazilian cuisine plate.

Day 6: Your last day in Rio. If you have an evening flight, we recommend headding to Petrópolis to see the imperial palace and city, (Optional) it’s takes a half day, or making the 40-minute drive to Sítio Roberto Burle Marx to see the country house and gardens of Brazil's most famous landscaper.

In the evening we will transfer you to the Airport at arranged time. End of our services.
